My starting weight is 17.6st or 244lbs or 110.7kg with a BMI of 37.
Last year I did a couple of months on Slimfast and lost nearly a stone, I thought I would give it another try, after being on it for about 6 weeks and losing hardly anything I thought I would look at Mounjaro.
Because I’m on several meds, Amlodipine, Doxazosin, Metformin, Ramipril and Simvastatin, I thought it best to speak to my Doctor, how wrong I was, he wasn’t interested and said why am I bothering him with this, I need to speak to a Pharmacy, so I did, I was told it was ok to take with the meds I’m on.
Got my first pen, £130, I started it the next day and as I’ve never injected myself I wasn’t sure if it would hurt, then I saw the needle and felt ok about it, you don’t feel a thing.
